Happy What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday everyone!
Today’s desk shows me starting work on a new class over at CraftArtEdu.com. That white box in the top left is where I take the photos for each step-by-step shot. I love my mini Gorilla-pod tripod for my camera, cuz it lets me position it at exactly the right angle. Of course the camera isn’t in the shot, it’s in my hand, taking the shot. 🙂
Remember these from last February? This is what I’ll be teaching in the class, how to make several different types of miniature chocolates from polymer clay. It should be fun!
Those of you who stopped by last week wanted to see photos of the finished baby quilt. Here it is, all done.
I just love that jungle print, so cute, and the prairie points added a bit of time but are a nice touch.

I made them into charms for a bracelet which I LOVE wearing, it makes me smile.

The quilt turned out so well! I love the colors. Wow, the chocolates are so realistic! They’d be dangerous for me to have around. O.o
There were a few moments when I was working on them when I nearly popped one into my mouth. 😀

Thank you, Claire, that edging is called prairie points. It’s nice for baby quilts because it gives them something to handle & fiddle with.
Oh my gosh, those chocolates look good enough to take a bite out of. I wonder if you will have any mishaps with people taking a bite in your class. Your photo shoot space is great and I’m sure works well. The quilt is so adorable!!!! Judy #74
Well, the class is an online one, I’ll have to warn them to be careful not to eat their creations (like I’ve nearly done a couple times.)
