For the longest time, every time I saw Sculpey’s Etch ‘n’ Pearl tools being used by other polymer clayers I thought that I didn’t need them.
But then I realized that their concave rounded ends are the one part of the tool I didn’t have the equivalent of in my tool kit.
After taking some time to play and experiment, I think I’m really going to love having these on my worktable!
In today’s video I share ways I’ve found to use the versatile Sculpey Etch ‘n’ Pearl tools, from steampunk screws to dragon scales, and many more!
Also, three video tutorials by other polymer clay artists that use the Etch ‘n’ Pearl.
- Syndee Holt’s colorful geometric pendants
- Kira’s tri-color polka dot pattern
- Creating Realistic Beautiful Doll Eyes in Polymer Clay by Venus Gaze
