Today I have for you part two on how to make this bird & branch pendant. Here’s the link to part one of the Bird & Branch Steampunk pendant, in case you missed it.
Tools & Materials:
- clay for the birds, I used a combination of Sculpey Souffle-Pistachio and Robin’s Egg
- scraps of brown clay for the branch
- a wire nest with polymer clay eggs (See my Springtime Nest video)
- silver clay for the heart
- a few tiny Steampunk Watch Parts
- eye pin
- jump ring
- necklace chain
- orange wood stick (also known as cuticle stick)
- brown acrylic paint
- 1/8 inch ball tool (such as the one in this set: Sculpey Style and Detail Tools
- pasta machine or Acrylic Clay Roller
- Clay Blade
- sculpting tool such as Can’t Live Without It tool
Have fun with this design, changing it up and making it your own.
