I just finished watching all four episodes on <a title=\"The Great British Sewing Bee episode one 1\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=q8te1WAO20I\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/programmes\/p0165nj8\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" alt=\"gbsb\" src=\"https:\/\/keepsakecrafts.net\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/tutorial-steps\/gbsb.jpg\" width=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unlike most other reality TV shows, there is little drama. \u00a0Really, the only drama is to see how the folks will do up against the deadlines. \u00a0None of that interpersonal nonsense and bad behavior that permeates other &#8220;reality&#8221; shows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/programmes\/p0165nj8\/profiles\/judges\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" alt=\"gbsb-judges\" src=\"https:\/\/keepsakecrafts.net\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/tutorial-steps\/gbsb-judges.jpg\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Instead, it&#8217;s all about the sewing. \u00a0I had a lot fun imaging what I would do, given the \u00a0same challenges. \u00a0Dunno how my speed and quality would have stacked up, though. \ud83d\ude09 \u00a0The judges are a Saville Row tailor and a renown sewing teacher and their comments are meaningful and helpful. \u00a0Imagine that!<\/p>\n<p>And the hostess is a hoot. \u00a0She doesn&#8217;t know much about sewing and many of her comments are priceless.<\/p>\n<p>Wish I lived in the UK, so I could apply for season two!<\/p>\n<p>Anyhow, if you&#8217;re looking for something fun and sewing related it&#8217;s a nice TV break. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Happy creating!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you enjoy sewing but haven&#8217;t yet checked out the Great British Sewing Bee, you really should. \u00a0It&#8217;s a lot of fun.
