When I started playing with these resin succulent molds by Let’s Resin<\/a>, <\/strong>I had an idea for techniques to use to get a cool glowing effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it turned out, it was SO much easier than I expected it to be!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this video I show how I got my resin pieces to glow, without the use of any lights. I also show a few other techniques that give a different sort of glow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you take these techniques and do your own explorations. If you come up with something interesting, please share<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cute home dec arrangement was made after I edited the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are 1 1\/2 inch terracotta pots<\/a> and the tray is five inches in diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pots were filled 3\/4 full with crumpled aluminum foil, then brown polymer clay was added to the top and textured with more crumpled aluminum foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I pressed each resin succulent into a pot to make a space for it. Then removed the resin pieces and baked the pots with the polymer clay. (I don’t recommend baking resin!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After baking you can use super glue to attach each resin succulent to its pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
